SSC stands for super scout camp planes
Hey all been home a week and ready to give an update. Some of you knew I was headed to scout camp to teach the avaition merit badge, mostly because you helped me to get all the materials for the smacks I had them build. It was a very busy week indeed. I had a friend who does not fly help me and we s...

Terry, awesome history lesson. I never knew all that went on before I came onto the scene. I would really like to chase nps and finish in the top three or four, but that is not a feasible option if I wish to remain in a happy state of marital bliss. So the regional points is going to be great! Paris...

I am now fully rested from the one day flurry of combat. Great event again hosted by Palomar and put on by the Coles. Weather was near perfect until the last couple of rounds where the wind picked up. Just lilke flying in tucson oh the glory days. Great pics Terry, it is very difficult to pilot your...

Jay mine weigh in at 3.5 lbs and I tach 14800 to 14900. They look fast, but were pretty comparable to everyone else at paris. I flew 6 rounds with one plane, broke one prop and had 4 or 5 midairs. i want to get a radar gun and see what they are doing. Cash said in their testing they were right at 53...

Ever since you first made mention of this idea it has been growing in favor for me. Guys wont have to spend big dollars to set up 10 planes to go to an event. Just using Paris as an example I would have had 6 planes total instead of 10. We need a contest to see if it would work. Of course the flip s...
