I agree 100%. Make it a spec no taper wing, specify the airfoil, the cord and the span, and spec the tail feathers. Make the airfoil down loadable on The RCCA website. If you want to keep out the Jetts, just put in a price limit like SSC, say $110. Maybe also require 0% nitro. I like the idea of no RPM checking.
