I use.060 aircraft aluminum. Cut it with a bandsaw or a jigsaw with a metal cutting blade, then file. It is a bit more work than cutting with scissors, but it lasts forever.

Great job Ed and Scott! The world can definately use another combat kit supplier.

Can we assume that at some point 2548 kits will also be done?

If you don't fly JR and don't use expo, it's even simpler! Or you could just live in a cave[:D] Seriously though, why does Futaba think expo is negative, you are adding expo, not taking it away. JR/Spektrum Wrong thread but nice pictures Alex in the MA article. I feel famous now as everyone a...

Why not variable? Too expensive to risk in combat, and not really needed. In my view, the problem with power is....I want to be 2 to 35 MPH faster than everyone else, so I figure out how to do that, then someone else with the same idea has to do what I did. Now he is the same speed as me, so I figur...

Keith I agree. If the .15LA was a .15FX I would probably still be running nitro.

SSC is great. One of the things I like about it is the fact that the power is not unlimited. You have to manage your speed much better than in Open B. You can't just yank and bank, you can't just go vertical or you will run into trouble. And it's the cheapest class (other than 3696) to go electric.

I have printed out the 3 views for a Mig for 2548, but haven't started to work on it as of yet.

Looking forward to seeing it.
