Here is a shot of Lou retriveing a cobra from the snake patch. Wicked stuff. Once you go in that you really try hard to stay right durning the round. I think a few guys had to go in several time to get there planes. http://www.rccagallery.com/albums/Ron-Caravona/100_0006_IMG.jpg Here is Lous legs af...

Just got back a little while ago. 8 windy rounds in 6 hours. Many high lights.[:D] Taking out the Kid Gilkey in rounds 1 and 2 of scale. (sweet) Somebody bumped him in round 3. He thinks I did it? I like to take credit but I can't. I probably cost him scale. Who's got the ugly plane now punk? I did ...

Hey C/F do you convert your Jetts to RNV's too? Looks like a weak point on the motor. I don't remember the temperture but it was probably 45 to 50f. Even if it drops 1000k at 65f I am still going to be smoking. Too bad they weigh 16oz [:(]. It even throttles on a bladder. Must have a better carb tha...

A.j if you are only turning 17.5 with those temps and nitro I bet your going to have problem with warmer temps. Those are about what my magnum turns at those temps. Your probably going to have to go to 30% when it hits 80. [xx(]

Nice P-38. I agree nothing survives that type of hit. How do you carve the foam. The curves are very nice.

I guess that is my point. You don't see any balsa scale planes anymore because they get mowed under in heat 1. And there is 5 more to run. I usually get bumped twice a round. You all need to look at Hats planes a little closer next time. Toughest, lightest planes in scale combat period.

There is a weakness in the P38. HA. Foam with arrow shafts. That ain't going to last long with the big boys.[:0]
