Removing printing from Coro

Post by ptsullivan »

Does anyone know of a quick/easy way of taking the
the text and art off of printed coro?
I know of a lot of political signage just
itching to become tail feathers on combat
planes come Nov.3rd (or sooner).

I think we should get a photo gallery going of the best stuff that you have snaked to make a plane or parts from. I've been eyeing these 2 Aquafina and CocaCola signs for a while and this would give me a reason to clip them the next time I'm filling my tank[}:)]

I'll ask my screenpriter if he could be any help though.

I've wiped with Acetone and that usually works. I tried sanding it off and it weakened the coro as it thinned the material over the 'webs" and the coro would later split there. If you sand, be very careful!

Acetone works too, but you might use quite a lot.

Go ugly early and save your energy.[:p]
