Well, I was flying a WW1 plane and 109s were shooting me down. I never saw any streamers.
When I signed in it down loaded 5.5 for free... That is the upgrade.

I'll see if I can get some cuts tonight...

Any of OUR guys hosting an event, and if so, what is the NAME of the session?

Edit: NEVER MIND... I see that Longhaul is hosting "Chasing Tail" I really need to read the entire thread before I post.

Can't wait to buy the 5.5 and chase some tail with everyone. How do I find the host?

On the top menu is a multi player button. It will bring up a menu with join or host. By clicking join it will show you a list of pilots hosting and what they are hosting. I usually go there first. If no one is hosting streamer cut, I back out and click on host to start my own session. I don't know if 5.5 is on store shelves yet but whatever is will qualify for a free online upgrade to 5.5.

Yes Bill, it is a blast ! I was "Chasing Tail" with longhorn and others tonight and I was doing OK but I need a Mic so I can talk with everyone. I can hear but I can't talk to them.

I finally bought the v3.5 to v5.0 upgrade ($80) which then automatically upgraded to v 5.5. ( I had to buy a better video card for the computer first).

I gave it a try for the first time on Wednesday night in one of Longhaul's "Chasin Tail" sessions. It's a LOT harder than it looks. There is no depth perception at all and a limited field of view, even zoomed out. Still, I'm hooked. It's a lot better way to spend a cold winter evening than watching the junk on TV. The only thing better would be to get out to the garage/basement and build enough airplanes for next season! FUN!
