Scott Gilkey is now carrying the ball on submitting Limited B Provisional Class Application. He has been working with Mike Fredricks and Tim Feathers. They believe in their area of the country it will work out well. The deadline for submission is November 30th and Scott feels pretty confident they will meet it.
