It is great to see that combat is growing in CA.
One thing we need to do is standardize how
we run events.
I have heard that some clubs us an audio CD with
the round timing called out. It gives the warning
for 90 seconds, Start combat, time remaining and then
end combat. It would be nice to get a hold of that CD
or maybe the mp3s of it. I suppose we could record
our own, but why reinvent the wheel. If anyone
knows where I could find that audio it would be great.

Rick / Roy,
I got the tracks, they sound like just the ticket. You just leave those two tracks on repeat and the contest
can move right along. If anything comes up the CD can always pause it and make an announcement. It might
be nice to edit in a horn blast or buzzer at start and end combat but maybe that is not needed since the countdown
is so clearly called out.
Thanks,
-Pete
