Mark Cipollone told me I need to put the air scoop behind the canopy or it doesn't look right. I'm not a scale guy, I'm a combat guy. I'm learning though. I guess it's a mid-engine plane. I wondered what the silly bump was for behind the canopy besides air resistance.

Finished Picture

Image

Just finished the test flight about 15 minutes ago. Flies great, good glide and inverted flight. Ran out of battery after the second launch and dived out of a stall into the ground. No damage as the ground is not rock hard. Battery and everything stayed in place. Battery was not hot. The battery is in the tube with good air flow. Only down side is removing the wing to change the battery. Four rubber bands insn't too bad but the battery is very secure.

JJ, I know that I sound like a broken record, but these planes remind me SO much of the original 704 class before the hordepower wars heated up. My Brewster has had 4 midairs and has only sustain minimal damage each time. These are fun, tough little birds, and I have the feeling that some of us will be building and flying them for quite a while whether it becomes an official combat class or not..
