Magnum 25 XLS engines?

Post by tmelton »

Hey Guys,

Has anyone had problems buying Magnum 25 XLS engines? I posted the comments below on the Global forum. I was wondering if any of you have heard anything.

We combat guys are starting to prepare for this years competition. The season starts for us in April this year. We have lots to do to prepare each year including buying new engines. Some of us were at the Ontario AMA show and were not able to purchase Magnum 25 XLS engines for our upcoming season.

I have heard rumor that the Magnum 25 XLS may be discontinued. I have also heard that there may be a Magnum 28 XLS in the works. Is there any truth to these rumors?

Well it looks like everything was in fact just rumors. this is the reply posted to the global forum.

Hi Todd,

There are no plans to discontinue the XLS .25A. They are currently in stock and ready to be shipped.

Regarding a .28, there is no XLS .28 in development and no plans at this time to introduce one.

I hope this puts any rumors you might be hearing to rest.
