I received my 1/4ID, 1/32 wall latex tubing from McMaster. I did some test inflations using a fuel pump pressure gage. The 1/32 wall tubing runs about 11 psi at the point where the tubing will "bubble" and then holds about 5.5-6psi fairly constantly as it is inflated further. The 1/16 tubing pegged my pressure gage at 12psi during inflation. So it looks like i have at least half the pressure with the new tubing.
The OD of the inflated bladder appears to be about the same.
I have not had a chance for test flights yet, Michigan spring weather is still to fickle. Hope to try it soon.

weather broke and I got in some test flights with the 1/32 wall tubing. flew two 7 minute flights with smooth consistent performance from start to finish, with excellent throttlability. looks good so far.
