P-47C cowl and firewall templates?

I downloaded the TCAD file for the P-47 from Joe's web site and had them printed on a large format printer. They came out really good. Dane cut a fuselage core and got a set of wing cores for me. I've been gathering parts and working on a couple of balsa planes but might be ready to start this one pretty soon.

Any idea how to get a 'correct size' front view template for the firewall shape and the cowl opening? They are sort of egg shaped and I'm totally clueless about getting these patterns.

I can't remember if I drew a frontview or not. You can import a frontview, draw the parts you want. Then measure the sideview near the front to get the height and then scale up your drawing to match...
