We have a very short time to produce any rules changes for the AMA Rulebook events, and I think the RCCA is using the same time frame. So, as I understand it, Sept. 30th is the postmark date for submitting proposals.
If you fly in the Southwest District, please sign up and speak up. Being a member of the RCCA is not a requirement, and we are free to discuss rules as we see fit.
