Passing of Jim Grizzle

Post by Dawg »

I am sad to report that Jim Grizzle passed last week. Some of you met him and others heard of him being the co-developer of the McGrizzBat. He was my friend, a HillTop Flyers member and a good man. He always had time to help everyone. I will miss him.

I agree that he will be missed. He was an encouraging spirit at the meets that he attended.

David, our prayers go out to Jim's family and the whole Hilltop gang. Combat has lost a true gentlemen. He was great to fly with.

Jim Grizzle was a great guy, very enthusiastic about combat, friendly to all and a lot of fun to talk with. I believe he made a very significant contribution to the planes for troops project last year, which is just another example of his generosity. It brings home to me how fragile life is and how important it is to live in the moment. God Bless you Jim, we will miss you.
