As we get the timing issues straightened out, the power and speed of the new machine becomes evident.

Here is a run at only 12mm/sec, and the machine isn't even trying..

BTW, the actual cutting of foam is slow, that has never been a problem. It was the time spent outside the foam, just moving the wire that makes the cycle times so long for cutting a panel.

I like the sounds....not to mention that the moves are looking good too.

I've ordered a GGC USB interface from France so that I am not required to have a parallel port to run my machine.
