I am going to be flying open B at the Nat's and am going to use my Limited B planes without any mod's. No can or pipe. I just want to get a little more speed out of my FX-25's by changing prop size.
So...............what are the recommendations for this?
Thanks.

Re: open B props
Hi Dave, what have you done with your mufflers?
Hopefully you have removed the baffle already.
I also remove the stinger and open up the remaining hole to about 3/8".
Perfectly legal for Open B, Limited B and 2548.
After spending almost $200 on mousse can headers last year I am using modified stock mufflers everywhere.
FWIW I run MA 8x5 props in Open.
30% nitro fuel will wake up an OS 25FX but make sure the head shim is still in or you may run into pre-ignition issues.
