Used GMS 25 w/muffler

Post by sgilkey »

Used, excellent condition GMS25 engine with muffler. Combat-prepped, runs well, excellent compression, smooth bearings, runs clean and needles well. This is the engine I did test runs on, published in this thread http://rccombat.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=13323. $35 plus postage.

Scott, you need to shrink your pics (or set your camera to a lower resolution).
I find 1024 x 768 does a pretty good job.
If you can't shrink 'em, send them over and I can resize them for you.

Thanks- I tried several ways on my computer to resize and could not figure it out. Brian's home for the w/e and I hope he can show me, thanks for the offer. At least this way if there's a flaw, it can be seen, under great magnification!!!

Brian showed me how to shrink em using Paint. There must be a better way to do this....when I post the same photos to other sites I don't have to shrink them. Is there any way to handle the "shrinkage" portion when I do the upload/post to this site, rather than altering the .jpg file?

Scott, I use Photosuite to do a simple re-size. I can select predetermined pixels in both dimensions or simply set my own numbers.
It's a simple as "Photo", then "Resize", select the size I want, then "Save".
Preset are:-
320x200
640 x 480
800 x 600
1024 x 768.

640 x 480 are great for emails, I use 1024 x 768 elsewhere.
