Fred,
I fly Don Pruitt's Gorilla design. It is tough, has good performance and is very competitive. Details can be found at www.georgiacombat.com

The parts and pieces are available on line from several sources.

Fred,

Check out www.TreneffRC.com .

You'll get the CNC cut cores, the parts pre-drillled, everything will align right the first time.

A couple days in shipping, a couple evenings in assembly, and you can be in the air.

Fred,

I fly Bandits, GoDevils and The Desparado. The Desparado is going to be my plane of choice as soon as they are off the router.

For now, The GoDevil is my choice. Why???? Here are the reasons. It flies fast, turns extra tight, extremely durable, equipment is better protected.
Be careful with them... we've actually cut our own streamers with them...hehe, I guess that's -20, right?

Mike Nemesh is cutting the parts and cuts a beautiful wing....How beautiful??? Well, if you put one on top of your head, your tounge would slap your brain out trying to get to it!!!!...SWEET

I've flown the same two planes since their introduction. I take only two ships to a contest. and more times than not simply fly one bird......of corse I've smashed a few wings along the way, but who hasen't?? that's combat...hehe I do take 4-5 wings to an 8-round event.
every now and then you will have one of those days!!!

The wing has 64" of streamer cuttin'LOVE! The GoDevil loves to gobble up streamers, tail feathers or whatever gets in the way.

I usually weigh in at 3lbs 4.5 oz...fully armored and not skeered.

Get ya some! www.screamingeaglerc.net

What are you waiting for?

[:o)]

I've been flying a Model Tech Magic in the local club's "very open" competition. Using a Fox .50.

Reason?... I got the airplane for $1 and someone gave me the engine.

Essentially I'm flying combat for free. [:D]

For SSC, I'm still flying my Rapier design, since it seems to do pretty well for me.
