From your exeprience , what is the lightest wing reinforcement including paint for e- fighters ?
foam + tape
foam+ epoxy or gorilla + balsa
foam+ epoxy +fiberglass
goam + gorilla+ craft paper (brown paper)

Definitely a "goam" and a gorilla stuffed in a brown paper bag! [:D]

On the Wing Blue Foam and 1" Strapping tape for the spar, then covered in Clear or zagi tape. For the Fuse I use Blue foam and 1" strapping tape in a continuous loop from tail to nose and back. Then cover with clear packing tape and paint or Zagi colored tape.

I really like tiny fiberglass rods for spars. Very light and very strong. Nothing much else needed.

1/32 ply, almost no weight at all on these small wings

Thojo, that's a good method and looks familiar! [:D] The 32nd ply makes a very strong spar. I really need to finish the plane that this wing belongs too.[xx(]
