basic SSC fighter plan?

Yes The foam block I use is 7.5X32. The root template is about 8.5" long, is 3/8" at the TE and extends on to a point for transition to the bottom. When cutting, the wire will come out of the foam at the root but not at the tip. I cut both wing panels out of 1 block and don't pull the panels out of the shuck until both are cut.

Dr. Evil cut me wing cores with spars for only $11.00 each. That's still alot better than $35.00.

[8D]thanks for all the tips guys, it really helped to refresh the old brain on technique. we played around with some scrap pieces and now we are ready to cut some serious wing cores. hopefully we will be able to encourage some of the guys to try combat. we are still fussin' around a material for the fuse but we will come up with something soon. again thanks for the help!!
