Is a Coro Mig Legal For 2548?
Is the plane from Dave's West coro mig plans Legal for 2548?
Re: Is a Coro Mig Legal For 2548?
as the plans show, it isnt. the plans show 1/12 with the 10 % wing deviation, it will have to be enlaged a little and the wing brought down to the true scale size. thats the only issue I see with it.

The rules say that if it closely resembles the 3 view weighs minimum 3.25 pounds swings a 10x3 ,10x4 prop at a maximum
14500rpm and is on the list it is okay.As long as it is not scaled to exceed a 48" wingspan and complies with the other rules
it can be any scale if you can get it to fly and meet the guide lines your good to go.If I am wrong please inform me as I just built three airplanes scaled to 42"-44" wingspans. Two are Spitfires I used in 2610 which fly fine with the engine restrictions.

I stand correced. I thought it had to be 48" but it says "up to 48" as long as the wing is scaled corectly to the fuse, its ok. build a mig and have a blast!
