Here is a quick matrix sheet that I made up. You can see in the example that I just started out 2 pilots down for each heat. Then I mixed them up after I ran through once. If you just have 1 frequency conflict, the simple thing to do is just have them fly the in same heat number. If you have more than one conflict, then you should mix them up some. After you figure out the matrix, have everybody write their heats on their score sheets. Nice and easy for people who don't have a laptop or have one that doesn't work anymore, like me. :evil:
