I am now kitting three designs; the Ki-43 Oscar, P-47N Thunderbolt, and Supermarine Spitfire MkXVI. $65 each plus shipping, 2 for $125 plus shipping. All share the same new and improved features:

25psi Blue Foam fuselage and wing with dihedral cut into the shucks so you build it right in with ease.
Fiberglass rod reinforcing spars in fuse and wing with new kevlar rod in leading edge for strength where it counts.
Pre-cut parts: 5-ply aircraft grade firewall, coroplast tail group in several color choices.
Factory SIG 9" WWII canopy.
Formed plastic cowl, very tough.
Wood dowel, servo mounting hardwood, PVC wing rubber band protecting material, strapping tape trailing edge reinforcing, elevator joiner wire.
Pre-beveled aileron stock.
Detailed step-by-step instructions with lots of pictures, 1 printed B/W copy included with kit and pdf version e-mailed so you can view the color pictures and zoom in to see everything more clearly on your computer.
Full size plans with wingtip cutting profile and extra templates for tail group, firewall.
Parts kits available for all; wing kit $25, Fuse kit $25, Tail group $5, Canopy $5, Cowl $5 plus shipping.

e-mail chandegard@gmail.com for ordering details.

This plane builds nice, it came out at 59oz. with the C/G right on. I have to do the flight test yet so we will see how she goes.

Don, I have two at the "ready to cover" stage and am wrestling with what to do.
Looks like you painted yours?
What did you cover with first (Bi-Di tape, packing tape, nylon fabric or whatever)?
What did you do to fuel-proof it when done?

Info would be appreciated.

Thanks

Covered in Bi-Di tape then silver flake 3M sign vinyl. The vinyl is fuel proof.
Any open area got coated with 2 part Epoxy

OK Don, thanks. Bi-Di is done, vinyl is ordered!
I was originally thinking of using Rustoleum "Universal", it sticks to tape/Bi-Di pretty well, but it's not fuel proof!
Maybe I'll add invasion stripes to the top so I can tell top from bottom!

Hi Don, they are both awaiting covering as we speak, so not much to photograph, just two Bi-Di'd wings and fuses. Silver sign vinyl is due to be delivered tomorrow (9/22).
Will post pics when they are complete.

The kits are top quality and very well documented with full scale drawings.

Hear tell he moved up to beaver and duck country for a spell. I'm sure there are a few scale pilots that want to see come back home soon and open up shop again. If you see him around, tell'm the Gekko did great and it's first combat outing at the Texcoma Nats.
