You actually don't have to send the form. You can sign up on the phone. I suggest Yolanda Jones as the persson to call. Just tell her which events you want to enter and you can use a credit card and save a stamp.

Yes, very efficient. The longest part of the registration was reading my card number to her. Very Quick

Thanks for the reminder William! I was one of the few who had not registered with the AMA yet and did it over the phone. The local Wisconsin gang should have some electrics to tinker with at the NATS in the evening...

It would be nice if we could all make sure our State flag makes the trip. A piece of 1/2 inch conduit makes a nice flagpole.

Regrettably, and unfortunately, we are not going to be able to assist with the NATS competition this year.

The problem that we have encountered is that the Indiana Wing of the Civil Air Patrol is conducting their Cadet Encampment the same week as your event. This means that the majority of the cadets in all squadrons across the State will be at the Encampment all week, and unavailable to attend. Because of this, we would not be able to have more than 1 cadet each day, if that many, and not enough adults to help cover the gaps.

We very much appreciate you thinking of us for this event, and we very much enjoyed participating last year. Hopefully we'll be able to resume participation in coming years.

Our sincere apologies.

Thank you,

David Spell

I got this email from the leader of the Civil Air Patrol and this year they won't be able to help out. Hopefully, next year we can get our event scheduled before or after their Cadet Encampment.
